“We have used Eller Plumbing for the last 5 years. During this period of time Nick has been our primary service professional. Having the same service professional over the years builds up a confidence in that person when the problem is fixed the first time. We have a lot of confidence in Nick. Nick is very professional, polite, neat in his workmanship, and explains what the problem and the corrective action necessary. If there are various cost options Nick explains them with the pros and cons so the customer can make the decision.

“We have always had trouble with the pipes to our washer freezing in the winter and have tried various things over the years to keep it from happening. We even had a plumber come out a couple of years ago but he made it worse. Lyle came and fixed the problem in just a few hours and even on the coldest nights we can do a load of laundry! After his review of the current system, he was able to come up with a duct plan that took up less space which was very helpful. The inspector noted that it was a very nice install. “We knew that our attic furnace installation was going to be a pain. We were even told that it would be easier to move than to replace it. We were so impressed with the attitude and work ethic that Carl, Dave, Jake, Phil, and Ari displayed during the 3 day project. We had our old furnace replaced and a new A/C unit installed and throughout the entire project, the team was nothing but great. The weather was terrible and the attic did not provide great working conditions, but we never heard a negative word about the job from the team.
