“When the motor on my furnace died on a brutally cold day this winter, I knew exactly who to call. Even though it was late in the evening, the kind dispatcher contacted the next available service technician. She kept in phone contact with me until he arrived.
Since I bought the furnace from Eller a couple years ago, I apparently had a service warranty (super bonus) and the service call was free. However they were out of the part, and had to order a different brand. The new part cost $200. The service tech was very honest and said we could wait for the warrantied part to be replaced or pay the $200. I went with the new part, and had a warm house within the hour.
Eller has replaced my furnace and water heater. I will not go anywhere else for my heating needs and highly recommend this company.”
